Default 4.2l power

Well I just gave the old girl a service and ever since then she sounds like shes always under a load while accelerating. There is a noticeable loss in power ever since the service. Maybe the trucks just tired but it's only got 110500 miles on it. I use Mobil 1 5w-20 motor oil and have been since I have owned it, I changed the transmission fluid, transfer case fluid (used royal purple ATF for both) and used Lucas for the rear differential. Also in the past week it's developed a bad lifter tick any idea why this would be happening?

My Saturn ticked and I checked the oil and there was none added some and it stopped so I'd check the oil if you haven't yet even though it was just changed

You stated: I changed the transmission fluid, transfer case fluid (used royal purple ATF for both). I am just curious, is that Mercon V or Mercon compatible? Our tranny's need Mercon V
