I have a 2001 4.2l v6 and when i accelerate my motor knocks and when im cruising there is really no sound! I ran some sea foam through it and i have been using lucas fuel treatment the past 3 tanks of fuel and hasnt helped at all. I have tried oil treatments as well and nothing, any help would be appreciated.
