Default 2003 F150 Fog Light Wiring Help

Hey, I have a 2003 F150 XLT extended cab long bed that originally did not have fog lights, so I installed a new bumper valance and stock fog lights but need help wiring the fog lights. I heard that the stock fog light pigtails are taped up under the front of the truck, but I can not locate them, or have not looked in the right places. Does somebody knows if every truck has them already wired or some trucks do not have the pigtails at all.

I am also wondering if I wire each fog light into the parking lights on each side that way my fogs will come on when I turn on my lights, will that pull too much power from the parking lights and I will blow fuses and mess stuff up, or is there enough power going to the parking lights to power the parking lights and my fog lights? Any help would be much appreciated.

The wires should be in the frame. And if you pull the headlight switch out you can splice the fog light wire with the corner wire so they come on all the time with the corners. I'll check which ones they are, brown and some other color

Thanks. Will that blow my fuses though because it is more power pulling from my parking lights with the fogs spliced in?

Ok thanks, well I couldn't find the original wiring pigtail so I think I will just connect to the wire going into the parking light down to my fog light on each side

Now that will blow a fuse. That's not a good idea at all. The splice I showed just turns them on with the corners, they still need their own power source.

The hookups should be there, I think their stuck to the inside of the frame rail with one of those push pins
