Default 2003 4.6 Continuous cranking

Well all fixed problem solved

here is what i did that didn't work keep in mind the local Mechanic was sure the IAC was ok said tried multiple times seemed to work fine. Changed Crank sensor , cam sensor , MAF , checked fuel pressure after all these attemptss and checking IAC took it to the dealer no codes but they were sure it was the IAC changed it, new oil they claim diluted from to much gas in cylinder ? I would like a second opinion on that gas getting by the cylinder wall ? and changed 4 plugs that were fouled probably from over cranking and to much fuel these plugs were changed only a year ago so i believe this, anyway the only other thing is if they updated the computer but why wouldn't they tell me they did, it did seem sluuggish when you matted it that is cured as well Hope this info can help others. they did say the tell tail sign is that it only got worse as it got colder that is why they went with the IAC Good Luck all
