Default 2003 King Ranch won't turn over

Turning the ignition won't crank the motor. There is clicking in the fuse panal on the inside and somewhere in the dash. Battery is good. When I leave the key in the "On" position and arch the starter truck will start. Relay issue? Fuse?
Ideas?

Try arching the starter solenoid with the key on in the engine bay on the passenger side firewall. Could be that. Had the same issue

Check starter signal wire for power during crank. Check connections on starter cable at starter and at solenoid. Check for power on starter cables. If all is well there-likely a starter problem.

I had a key programming issue with mine a while back. Would start up sometimes, sometimes would not. Dash lights would come on, but no crank.

Sounds like mine when the PCM relay went bad. Under the hood in the fuse box, just replace it. If not their only like $15 so your not out much
