Default 2001 supercrew 4x4

Have a 2001 f150 supercrew 4x4 my rear end is a h9 which I believe is limited slip what ever that means does this mean my front end is limited slip as well? Is the limited slip the type of rear end and front end that sends power to tire with least resistance? Or does it send power to all four tires like a true 4x4 should ?

I think you need to hit up the google machine to learn a thing or two about a thing or two.

Your front diff is open.
