Default 2001 Power Window Issue

My passenger side power window will not go down. I found this piece (below) at the bottom of the door (inside) and am not sure what it belongs to. Has anyone seen this before/do you know if it belongs to the power window system and could be the reason that it won't work?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

looks like one of the rods to either unlock or open the door if im not mistaken. as far as your window issue goes, need to see if you are getting power up to the plug in the door for the window. if you are its probably a bad regulator. if not keep tracing back, check fuses also

My passenger side window does not work either on my 97 f150. When I press the window button I can hear something click in the door. I do not have the money to throw parts at it. Can someone help?

Had this problem a few years ago and I think they replaced the window regulator and motor. But now my window goes up and down a lot slower than the driver window

That is what my window started to do before it quit. It would go down really slow and up a little faster but not to much.
