Default 2001 Ford F-150 window problem

So my driver and passenger window will not go down. Both motors in the doors are good I have tested them and I have a new driver side master switch board. The fuses are good too. Now I think it is the GEM module that is bad but not 100% on that. Can anyone help?

I've had that happen before, the motors got jammed and I had to press the switch and lightly (or violently depending on how your day is going) hit the door above the speaker and it should unjam.

Never had it happen on passenger side, however, so it could be an unrelated problem.

Thank you,

It isn't that it gets jammed or anything like that. The driver side window regulator is new because I thought the motor was bad turned out not to be.

Try checking the power saver fuse. I believe it is #15. But if you have power at the motor and switch then it is your motor. I chased this one down for a while and in my case it was the above mentioned fuse.
