The pulley's impending failure is usually telegraphed by a rattling noise from a separated clutch plate, usually when the clutch engages or disengages. If the failed plate remains on there, it seems to accelerate the bearing failure.

The green liquid is coolant, usually from the pump (if it was a V6 it could be the manifold gaskets).
The red stuff is power steering fluid, they usually work until it is almost empty. Check the fluid level...
