1. Power steering pump makes a groaining noise and whining noise when turning the wheel or holding it in a turn. what is cuaseing this?

2. after car is turned off the ac/heating coil starts bubbling. can this be fixed?

 

The power steering noise is pretty common with most fords. You can get rid of most of the noise by changing your power steering fluid. Switching to a synthetic ps fluid might help as well.
