I changed the battery, now the truck won't start. Engine turns over great, but it won't pop. Also my dash lights and gauges won't shut off even with the key out of the ignition. I had to disconnect the battery. Anyone have this issue before?

Sounds like you grounded out or shorted out something while changing the battery.
