Default 1997 xlt back left turn and brake light don't work

I have a 1997 f150 ext cab, 5.4, 4x4. The back left turn signal and brake light are not working, tail light works fine. Changed the bulb, nothing. Ran a new ground wire still don't work. Tested the orange/blue wire to ground with the turn signal on and I get 12v, brake pedal pushed in, 12v. Told to change the MF switch still won't work. Don't know what to look for now, any advice out there, thank you.

The female end, or pigtail, that wasn't it either. Unhooked the connector right under the tail and brake light and cleaned it with contact cleaner. It started working. On my way to work Monday morning it stopped working. Fast turn signal again. I moved the wires around on the trailer receptacle, it has to be in it. Everything meters fine is what gets me.

YES,YES, YES. I got it fixed, there was another connection between the shock and the first connection that I had missed. The tabs had broke off and it wasn't making a good contact. So check all of your connections, I thought I had. Hope this helps you guys.
