175amp mega fuse

Default 175amp mega fuse

I had my alternator rebuilt because my battery kept dying,did not fix problem,bought new battery did not fix problem. I was told that it is a 175amp fuse bad. Where is the 175amp fuse located?

Theres also a fusible link in there to that could be bad and you may not know it because the plastic is still holding it together. How much did it cost to get it rebuilt compared to a new one.

I paid $45.00 to get alternator rebuilt at electrial shop. To buy rebuilt from advance auto $139.00
