11 Mpg

I have a 97 F250 LD with 185000 miles and get around 11 mpg. Any sugestions on mantinance to do to maybe help that. I'm thinking about geting a cold air intake I don't know if that will help or not.

I put a cai on my '97 Stang. It did help mileage increase, but not a whole lot. It sounds cool, though. It is polished aluminum and only cost about $50. on e bay.
