These have heated defrost, auto dimming on driver's side, power adjust with memory and integrated turn signals. They do not have power fold or puddle lights.
Includes chrome skull caps.

I'm not sure. But here are some pictures and dimensions if you want to do some measuring on yours. If you want to take off a door panel you could check to see if your plug and mounting holes look the same.
The drawing is just a quick sketch to show the dimensions. The dots indicate the mounting bolts and with the measurement center to center of each bolt. Note that I did the measurement with a tape measure so it could be off by a little bit (maybe 1/16")

I have not, but know a few locals that have swapt to the 09-12 towing mirrors on their 04-08s.
