Im gonna judge you because your being a complete ***. You asked for people's opinions and then you went back and bashed them for trying to help you. And dude it's a work truck I'd save if I was you. You can only do so much to an old truck until it starts to put stress on old parts, and before you know it you've replaced everything when you could've bought a nice truck. And your just stupid, why would you wanna attract attention from the cops? You'll just create a record and ruin your future. you want an ******* cop? i was once pulled over for turning right and going into the left lane and for accelerating to quickly (in a car that went 0-60 in about 3 or so minutes). play it smart, make it a good looking truck that can turn a head or two but won't get every cop in the county following you looking for a reason to nail you

haha that would probly work lol im gettin a anarchy sticker for the back window that should do it. the truck is basicly rebuilt im gonna replace the parts on it im gonna keep the old truck new old trucks are way better then the new ones only thing i dont like about it is its a 2x4 im gonna keep it forever because i like older trucks. i only bashed the people who talked 2 me like i was a idiot im gonna do what i wanna do if u dont like it thats ok because everyone is diffrent for a reason

i agree with everyone here... i mean its your truck do what u want... instead of every 2 weeks getting pulled over it`ll be everyday. and i think the only intimidating thing will be is when bubba tells you to bend over. seriously why attract soo much attention if u already have problems with them?!

This thread is funny. Is this the original dukes of hazzard. What makes you think a souped up pickup truck will intimidate the local cops. Plus why do you want to intimidate someone who can legally shoot you. I'm just sayin. Be careful. The law always wins in the end. Fix up your truck because you want to make it look badass not to appear like a badass.

Edited out the part I didn't agree with. Anyways, dumping a lot of money into a old pick up to make it look intimidating, I get. I'm working on that for mine. But allow me to play devil's advocate here: You have a 300,000 mile truck. Think of all the wear items alone it's gonna need I'd imagine very soon from now. Don't dump a lot into it really unless your plan is keep the thing for a looooong time and restore it as well as you can(professionally or just by keeping it nice). If you're on your stock trans, after that many miles, the odds are against it lasting much longer. Just longevity stuff here. Make sure you account for these things, you'll thank me when something breaks, and something will, that's how old trucks work haha

That being said, the body on that looks good, just some chrome bumpers and polished wheels OR blacked out bumpers and wheels would make a big difference. I'm partial to the black out against the tan/brown you've got there

And just for the record, I'm 18, had my truck for just over a year, I know where you're coming from. You don't want to draw cop attention! They will search for anything to ding a teen on. Especially if they are *******s like around you and you have illegal stuff on the truck, you're a sitting duck. You may be able to pay the ticket, but what about the raised insurance premiums? My record is PERFECT except for an accident on my permit that was not my fault, and I'm at $2000 a year, on my parents policy, would be $3600 alone. If I get a ticket that's going to skyrocket. Another something to consider
