Stay out of NY. You will make half as much and get taxed twice as much. This place is run by a bunch of retards

im from the binghamton area originally and there isnt **** for job there. or in the state of NY. my family moved to OK 4 years ago and now were actually making more money than in NY. there taxes are so high and they have very little jobs.

I'm a little late to this thread but if you haven't decided yet, stay where you are. New York stinks, the state is bankrupt and they're going to bankrupt every resident with taxes.

Texas is a beautiful state, why leave? Also, there are no state income taxes there.

If you are set on moving, sell your 2WD there and buy a 4x4 and drive it here.

You don't see many 2wd trucks up here. Low cost of living in central and western NY, but taxes are unreal.
