Is anyone else slightly happy about the possible legalization of pot in California? Apparently it's going to stimulate the economy, which is what i've always thought it could do. Anyone else get a fu*king I.O.U. for a state refund? Well now the state is gonna sell weed to pay off it's debt.

 

it will be nice when its legal, should cut crime down alot, but people wont buy it from the state...every piece is supposed to carry a 50 dollar tax on it

 

whats this IOU crap? i better not get that from them. i need that money for new tires.

 

i got an iou, basically the state dosnt have enough money to pay you your taxes. so they give you an iou...i really needed my money for more audio equipment, but cali has other things in mind

 

If the state is going to tax the crap out of it, my friends probably will too!

 

I'm getting ready to head out of the state in a year if things don't improve. This is insane. More sales tax, more income tax, more vehicle tax! Arnold swore up and down that he wouldn't raise taxes when he was elected, so much for that bull crap. And now like you guys said, this IOU things is beyond stupid. AHHHH!!!

 

Thats why i live in nv, no state tax. That sucks man sorry to here that.

 

i hate the sales tax but sometimes when you show people cash they just take it and you dont have to worry about that, especially if your buying tires or rims or something like that.

 

i wonder if it would be some kill? lol

 

I'm super pumped about it...it would have been legalized years ago if it wasn't for the stupid lumber companies
