Any of you other Texas boys use this site? Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I ordered my HU from them and all I've received is the install stuff, no HU. I'm thinking I should have gone local, but I haven't had the best dealings with most of the shop owners around here.

 

Nope. I used woofersetc.com on my last system in my 1996 Bronco. I live in Houston and they had everything shipped to me in 3 days! And that was door speakers, 2 amps, hu, and both of my 15 Orion HCCA subs.

 

I've never had anything take this long to ship. I've ordered tons of engine parts, tires, wheels, computer parts, toys, ebay junk, and none of it has taken more than 3 days to show up. Oh well.. they will be dealing with PayPal soon.

 

Yeah nothing should take that long to be shipped. Especially something that small. I would at least contact them and complain and make them pay for shipping or something.

 

I used them when I ordered my system for my 91 Bronco. I don't think it took that long, probably about a week

UPDATE: Finally got OCS customer service on the phone. Had to get a "manager" to look at my order. They are shipping out another HU and charging UPS for the other one. The original one was supposedly shipped out of a different warehouse but there's no way to track it because it shared tracking numbers with all the other stuff that's already been delivered. So, hopefully I'll get my HU mid next week.

 

Yeah they're full of ****. But at least you don't have to pay for shipping. Hopefully they got it right this time.

 

I agree. I'm still waiting on my shipping confirmation and tracking number. I have a feeling this dispute will soon be escalated with PayPal.
