Oh okay I was thinking it would be faster . My last truck never took that long and it doesn’t look like my new one will but maybe Dearborn is faster ? That’s where mine is being built .

I know how long a vehicle takes to transition from “birth” (in the Body Shop) to first start-up...but honestly I have no idea how long it’ll take to arrive at my dealer after it exits the plant. Theoretically - 18 to 24 hours...but realistically - I’m sure 14 to 21 days is a safer bet. This allows for delays that may result from paint repairs, electrical repairs & parts shortages...to name just 3 potential issues.

There is a Vehicle Visibility report they can pull . My dealer sent me the screen shot. It show's when ordered , estimated week of build and ETA for shipping and arrival to dealership. Just estimates but consistent with the 6-8 week time frame I was given. Also shows where it is being made.

Thats all the dealer is giving you but they can see when it is scheduled to be built and ETA for shipment and delivery. They would probably provide that if you wanted.

Called Ford Canada today , truck shipped today just as the report my dealer gave me stated . ETA to dealership is the 10th . So far so good right on time.
