Default XD rockstar

I'd like to get some 18" XD rockstar rims, with tires' width in between 11.5/12.5". I read they have a -12 offset.
Like in some states, my local laws don't want tires to stick out too far from the fender.
If anyone of you runs this rims, could you please tell me how they set out?
Thanks for your help.

Stock 18s are around +35 offset, so your looking at sticking out 1.85" further from that rim alone. If you have 265s now, your looking at another .5-1" for the tire sidewall for switching to 11.5-12.5". So you'll be around a total of 2.35" with 11.50s and 2.85" for 12.50s further out than 265s on stock rims (not accounting for more aggressive sidewalls or for any difference in how the sidewall bows out with the wider rims)

That's what I thought, so I have to forget the rockstar with their -12 offset. Even the XD Diesel (which look great on your truck Fordever11!), because they have a 0 offset...

Thanks for the info.

Go with the maximum backspacing (or maximum positive offset)that fabtech recommends. Not sure about the fabtech, but you can get away with 5" BS on the Pro Comp 6" on an 8" wide wheel (+12 offset), which will set the centerline of your wheel about 3/4" further out than stock.

Thing is, the lift may also have increase your front track width when you switched out the spindles.

i have moto metal rims with a -12 offset, they dont stick out to ridiculous, over spray from tires hits outside edge of my mirror, if that gives u an idea. i can almost see a full tread from my side mirror.
