Haha it's not hard for me to type things in a way that confuses people! Especially on the iPhone with the touch screen and autocorrect it can send some messed up things sometimes and I don't even notice lol. My fingers are too big for the little touch screen letters

Yep. I've decided not to risk it. I would Love to make some money on it but I was not considering it to flip, more of a keeper type deal with the knowledge in the back of my head about what it could sell for. With the money id buy it for and subsequently put into it, I could have a nice down payment on a 2009 without the question of future problems.

It was a little more than a pipe dream but with a young daughter and a mortgage, it's not the best decision right now.

Sounds like you gave it lots of thought. You've got the right reasons not to. Good call
