Default Wiring problem?

Hi all, I recently bought a 2004 f150 witht he 5.4 3v triton in it. I am getting a CEL. I have codes p0011, p0021, p0345. I replaced the camshaft position sensors, no fix. When i plug one up, the truck runs flawlessly, i plug both up and it runs bad. I checked the AC volts in the wires with the switch turned on, not crunk up and i am getting 0 for everything. Crunk truck up and still getting 0. I checked both CSP circuits. 0 on both of them. I cut wires back some on one side and saw where someone spliced a new plug on, cut wire behind that and still getting 0. Check the VCT solenoids for resistance and they are at 12-13. I am thinking there may be a short somewhere in the camshaft position circuit but stumps me to why when i plug two up it runs different. What do you think? Dont think this is a timing problem at all, I have no noise coming from valve covers, oil looks great and hear no chain slap. Does the camshaft position wires run into the PCM, if so which plug and where else does the wires run inside truck maybe pinched? I have no clue. Thanks
