Default window stuck rolled down

So a while back I hit a mudhole (unintentionally) with my window rolled down, trying to get to a new fishin' hole. Of course, mud is flying everywhere and somehow manages to find it's way into the cab AND INSIDE THE DOOR.

Ever since then, my window motor doesn't want to cooperate- it seems as though the motor still has plenty of power, but gets stuck. If I hold my tounge out the right way it will roll back up, well, until now....

regulator messed up? the window motor itself? the mud has obviously dried and done damage, just don't know what...

Should I fool with this myself or take it to a shop? I'm driving my wife's g35 until I can get it fixed and am bound to get a ticket in it any day now.

Suggestions please!

pull it apart, clean it, put it back together. if it still doesnt work u need a new window motor.

You could try to clean it to see what happens. If you end up needing a new regulator we carry them on our website. F150 Window Regulator
