Default projector retrofit

has anyone here attempted a projector retrofit yet? i really want HIDS, but cant stand those cheap kits. i've had at least half a dozen on other vehicles ranging from $135 down to $35 and they're all the same.

anyways, i ran across these and it seemed to be a pretty easy install. easier than cutting the back of your headlight reflector out.

they seem to be legit, but before i pull the trigger i'd like to see if anyone knows anything about these. it also says at the bottom they do group buys!

I uses TRS when I put projectors in my bmw. Be sure you buy shrouds as well as the projectors...the reject shrouds are fine ...15 bucks vs 40 bucks if I remember right.

While you've got your lenses apart ...it's a good time to paint the housings as they become useless with projectors

Wow, that would be cool. Please do a write up if you decide to do it, I'm definitely interested in doing something similar.

Does anyone know how we would get a group buy started?

I'm down too. Wish I could see a finish product. Does that kit come with bulbs and balast and projectors?

Yeah you can get a complete retrofit kit...$295 I think. Pretty reasonable for quality projectors that are made specifically for HIDs.
