Default window problem

2006 F-150 XLT 5.4L

Please don't bark at me about using the searching function as I am currently doing it. I just wanted to see if I could find help as quickly as possible, my family and I are taking a trip tomorrow in the truck (to my hometown where tools and shop are to fix leaking manifold on same truck) and trying not to freeze on the way.
Long story short rolled my drivers side front window down partially today and now neither it or the passenger side window will go up or down using drivers or passenger switch. The back two work fine. I have tried slamming door with switch held up and tried bumping switch to see if either of these will get the window up, nothing has worked.

Any ideas of what could be wrong and what I can do to fix this?

Took the main switch out, took it apart cleaned it well. Slid rubber that covers wires where they run from door into the cabin and moved wires around. Still no change

any suggestions?

Look inside the drivers door jamb, inside the rubber boot there might be a where coming apart and barely making contact. If so use a but connector to fix

Here is a wiring diagram from my factory service manual. You should be able to probe for voltage at your window switches and regulator and track the problem down pretty quickly.

Thank you for your replies. I found three wires broke in boot between door and cab of truck this fixed the passenger side window. I then removed the drivers side door panel to find the window motor had gone bad. Replace the assembly and now all works well. Thank you for your help.
