Thanks msdins... all you other guys. This is enough info that I think I can handle it from here. I really appreciate the help. This forum is awesome for all of us.
The only question I have from here would be that the pics and the video did not show the little toggle/pivot arm for switching and setting the driver and passenger mirror. I am assuming that if I pop that cover up, I'll see an additional wire connection for it as well? Just hoping its not connected at the inset ring it is sitting in. Maybe I need to unscrew it???

SRH... The picture steps were awesome. Very detailed. I saved it in case I need to pull the door panel for any reason later.
