If you search this on this site, you'll see this is a common weakness on these year Ford F150's. You're not alone. The regulator uses a plastic piece that cracks, rendering the regulator useless.

Same thing happened to mine in the middle of January, In Maryland. Freezing cold out. I wore Carhartt for 3 days driving before I got my motor assembly. Paid about 90 bucks from Ford dealership in PA. Took me all of 20 mins to put it all back together right.

got my window regulator tonight and put it in.....still no luck it seems like its not getting power..what should i do? follow the wires? fuse?

just tested my old regulator on a lawnmower battery...works fin...should've done that first...oh well

so then its a problem with it not getting juice what could be the reason for that...its the only one not working so it isnt the fuse

Buy a multimeter or a simple test light. Check for voltage at the switch. Work your way back until you find the point at which there is no voltage. Havig factory wiring schematics makes this easier.
