Where to pry to remove map lights

I have leds to install, but do not want to break the covers. I did a search and only found to pry them off. My question is pry at what spot. It's an 06 without rail. Thanks in advance.

Most of the folks that frequent this site to offer help hold jobs....can't expect an answer so soon.

You gotta be patient. Best time for answers are early morning (from the night before), or in the evening.
