Some wire harnesses will have an output for it but you can always tap at the reverse bulb in the tail light.

Do you know which one? There are 2. One is solid black and the other looks like brown with a stripe. You've been extremely helpful to me today from my other threads. Thanks!

Brown with stripe I would think the black is the ground.

Why run the wire back there when you can go to the sill

I removed the kick panel on the drivers side and there were a million wires wrapped super tight with electrical tape and hardly any room for me to work. I have absolutely no idea which wire to tap into there, and the reverse bulb has only 2 wires which means I have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. Unless yall know of an easier way to get to the wire in the kick panel?
