I've got a 08 f 150 xlt and also have 18 " stock rims that I actually like and just wrapped them with Goodyear territorys. I have been running them almost 2 months now and have driven in dry city and highway as well as snow and ice, and mud and rain and am very pleased with them they do have a slight whine to them but I don't mind it . It does change the way the truck handles and rides but it really depends on what your needs and budget will be. If you take your time and do the homework you should be happy with your choice. Good luck
