I know I'm the rebel of the bunch. I guess I just miss that extra seat and foot space since my first truck was a column shift and my second one is a floor shift. I like it, but after looking at the price for some of the random crap I don't think I'll swap. It's amazing how much they'll make you pay for plastic. I can understand the instrument cluster and all but yeah.
You'd be better off selling the truck and buying another with comparable mileage and the front seat you want.

Call a salvage yard. I picked up an almost perfect condition Harley Dash for $250 (wiring harnesses included). Either that or just search around and find someone that has a similar F150 that'll be willing to do a swap out with you.
