Default What Nerf Bars do you recommend?

The wife is short and the truck is tall (not lifted, just stock height). We need some nerf bars. What brand name? What diameter? Anything or any website to check out or stay away from?

Thanks for any help.

I've had Back Country bars on now for seven yrs. They are still as tight and new looking as when I put them on. They are relatively inexpensive, but don't look it. They aren't going to stop the road spray if that's a concern. Just a simple functional bar.

I got n-fabs after some research, including talking to the Ford parts counter guy and actually stepping up on many brands/types in parking lots (wet and dry testing). People seemed to be OK with me asking to test their steps. I and my passengers actually USE them and the n-fabs have the highest weight rating of any I could find. Despite having a powder coat finish they are not slippery when wet. Many of the plastic step pads I tried were VERY slippery wet. They also are much le$$ than the OEMs.

the factory oval ones look best in my opinion. You should be able to find either black or chrome.
