I loaded her down with 30 40lb bags of mulch (1200lbs). Yeah. She’s squatted! Lol!

Default New brakes

Replaced the rotors, calipers and new ceramic pads. Looks good.








I never seen a caliper brake before.

Last picture... I seen a wet spot under the rear-end... Yea, a rested pit hole. I watched it drip. New one on order now.

New calipers, waiting for me to add the new pads.

When I brought my truck, it has two places with JB weld on the oil pan. I was thinking a prior owner must have hit something that punctured the pan. In any event, the oil was starting to seep, but not leak. That and I wanted to see if I'd find guide fragments to understand what the timing situation. I didn't find any fragments, but I did find this:



I suppose it broke off from this?



But now we are all good

Well I changed the oil in my 06 today I had put close to 1200 miles on the new FoMoCo reman and now I will start my 3000 mile intervals.

Did more truck stuff today. Yanked the root ***** out of the ground of these huge rhododendrons.
