Front impact crash sensor. Had to replace mine on my 08 Super Crew. Had an air bag light blinking a 42 code. Replaced 2 years ago and no problems since.

x2 on front airbag sensor, had to change mine as well. Also received the 42 code on my 2005 and the seatbelt chime would go off as if I wasn't wearing it.
