Default Weird starting issue

I went to start my f150 today and when i turned the key it seemed to turn over normally and then about a second in seemed like it cranked really slow (as if it had something putting strain on the engine. It didn't sound like a low battery) and then began to crank normally again and started. This happened last week and i immediately turned it off and cranked it again and it did the same thing. I did this a few times and it eventually stopped and i thought nothing more of it.
Anyone have any clue what this could be? The battery is less than 6 months old and i have had no other issues starting other than this.

Hope its nothing major.

THANKS

specs: 2005 F150 xlt 5.4 l triton 63,000 miles lifted 6" with 35" nittos

It may not sound like a low battery, but it could be. Also could be the starter beginning to die, or the cables and/or battery are corroded. Worst case scenario would probably be the motor is trying to lock up, but I doubt it if you don't have other issues.
You can take the starter and batteries out and have them tested, but that started is kind of a pain to get out.

I'll head up to the store tomorrow and have it tested. I would hate having to replace those since the truck has such Low miles. Our last ford had 250,000 miles on the original starter!
Will update tomorrow

I took my truck and had the starter, battery, and alternator tested. All passed with no problems.
It started with no problems at all today. It's extremely random wen it happens. Last week it did it 5x in a row and yesterday was just once.

Any other ideas? I'm lost with this problem

Check your alternator output while the truck is running, a healthy alternator should reads around 14.5 Volts.
It does sound like your alternator is inadequately charge, but I would tighten them battery post up goodandtight.

The alternator is putting out 14.3 with no load and 14.18 with a full load.
All connections are clean and tight.
I don't wanna throw money at a problem I can't diagnose.

So this now becomes a waiting game with my truck! Guess I'll have to see in the future.
Hate to end up with broken parts away from home

How many miles does your alternator has? Knowing FORD the average is around 80K miles. Mine died at 70K miles while my wife was using to pick up the kid from college 2 hours away, good thing it was daytime and she made it all the way home.

All stock parts at 63,500 miles.
Maybe it's getting ready to crap out.
