Default Weird problem?

My A/C in my truck has been a constant problem for the past year, I replaced the AC clutch last summer and it fixed it up until recently, but for some reason when it's hot outside the clutch won't engage but when it's cold outside I turn my A/C on and the clutch engages. Can someone explain to me why this happens and what I can do to fix it?

Service your A/C system to ensure proper level... you may have a leak. I believe if the freon level is too low it will not kick on...

run to your local parts place or wal-mart even and get a recharge kit.

recharge doesn't solve a leak...essentially just a band aid
