Default Weird idle shake?

05 f150
5.4
55,8xx miles

At idle the truck has a very little shake. Like you can only feel it in the brake Pedal and steering wheel. It's Not rough like a misfire. It's there tho my gf says some times she can feel it in the seat.
No check engine light.
No stored codes
No smoke. Only when really cold but that's normal
Injector 7 was replaced before I bought the truck (I have paperwork)

I'm thinking it maybe time for plugs. Since its almost 10 years old with only 56k.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I get the same thing Turbo, I usually chalk it up to being low RPM but I am checking the FPDM here in the next few days. I'll be doing my plugs in about 4k miles (Changing at 60k)

I replaced my plugs, have no misses or CEL's, replaced my TPS, cleaned the throttle body out while I had it off, and run lucas fuel injector cleaner in it every oil change. Basically, my '06 5.4 runs like a raped ape and I still feel the same shake at an idle. I'm thinking maybe a motor mount is a little loose. If you can live with it, just tell people its your cam lol

I've had that rough idle for sure since before I had 35k and I'm at 107k now. Asked dealer about it once and they said its the engine's characteristics. I agree with previous poster that it looks like a low idle issue. I find its barely noticeable when in park with AC on. I wouldn't go crazy chasing it down I think you will find most in here have similar issue.

Yeah I'd sum it up under one of the many little "It's a Ford thing, you wouldn't understand..."

Fuel Pump Delivery Module, its underneath the spare and succeptible (sp?) to corrosion since it's metal on metal. Ordering a new one comes with spacers to seperate the metal on metal aspect. If ya do a search on FPDM I am sure a more indepth description with guides will come up! I gotta check mine soon
