So this will be kind of my public journal of what I do with my f-150, anyone who like to follow the same format in the thread is more than welcome. format as follows:
Post a series of photos explaining what you did that weekend in order. Example am to pm and all the festivities. Picture first, followed by explanation... kinda like telling a story....this will be interesting to see how other people do this.

Friends of mine wanted to to go the beach so I suggested Huguenot Park, fl (beach where you can drive your car/truck onto). So off we set.


so once I rounded all the troops we headed out. There is two ways you can get to the park, one drive a half hour around the river or two take a 6min ferry, you can bet we took the fastest rout. Now I don't normally take the ferry, in fact that was my first time ever to use one. I have to say, it was nice and fast and only cost 7 bucks. It was pretty cool to see how fast they go, and boy do they move.




So once we got off the ferry we went for a little drive around the park noticing that sand was a little soft up top, but right in the middle was the sweet spot.


We found a good little spot and waited for everyone else to show up. After that the day gets boring to wright about, sat around enjoyed a few beers, threw the pig skin around, and had a good typical day at the beach.



So at the end of the day ended with a mild sunburn, a little dehydration and a some good memories with friends. After all was said and done, took the truck to the car wash to clean the sand out and used a brush-less car wash to wash the sand off the paint.



And now She's (My F-150 Limited) is cleaned and ready for her daily commute to work.



Oh found out my sunroof leaks while at the car-wash, don't know what that is about going to have to look into that later this week lol.


Yeah kinda boring but hey, hopefully this lays the ground work for some others to talk about their adventures, Really would like to see what adventures you guys had with your 11th gen with a little insight in what was going on.

 

Like this idea. The girls and I went up to Jekyll Island on Saturday for a one-day getaway. Great time, but didn't take the right photos for this particular thread. Huguenot Park is a great place to get your 'drive on' beach fix here in NE FL. Hope some jackass doesn't run over someone and ruin it for the rest of us like they have at other beaches here.
You wouldn't happen to work at NAS Jax, would you? I see another Limited on base here a lot, but never run into the driver.

 

Your leaking sunroof is most likely due to worn track guides. A common issue :/ Get a rebuild kit and throw it on. Should work well for many miles to come
