Default Squeel at certain RPM range

Hi ya'll - could really use some help diagnosing an issue I'm experiencing. I am getting what sounds like some sort of high-pitched squeal coming from the engine compartment while I am on the accelerator. The noise occurs only while in gear (1800-2100 RPM) and is louder when under load, such as towing my boat or trailer. Is this a common issue anyone else is experiencing, if so could you provide some suggestions for a solution? I am not able to reproduce the sound while revving the engine in park, it's only while in gear.

Thank you in advance!

When was the last time you had the belt replaced? Next thing to check is the pulleys

It's most definitely coming from the front of the truck, however it's almost impossible to locate for me because it only occurs while in motion.

Please excuse my ignorance, but wouldn't pulleys continually squeak and not only occur while in drive?
