Ok so i just had my hood repainted and now im looking to buy a weathertech stone/bug deflector. Im been doing some research and ive been hearing of people bug deflectors actually causing damage to the paint when they take them off (not sure which brand they had). Im guessing its from the deflector hitting the hood when driving at high speeds. I do know that the weathertech deflectors come with rubber "bump-on" studs that you attach to it. So my question is, has anyone experience damage caused by there Weathertech after removing?
