opened my sun roof now it wont seal tight on the right hand corner wind blows thru

 

Perhaps a :sunroof not fully closing: will get you more hits . I have one on my 05 But I rarely use it . It would help if you listed your truck model /year /miles and location all point to info that could help .Put that in your signature so it will appear with your posts .
Tree debris could jam it for sure .I don't know how to lube it if you can or not . Mine tllts as well as slides .
I would open it and check rails gaskets etc . They tend to be more trouble than they are worth . Sometimes you have to tarp them until fixed .
