i have a 2006 f150 that has a slight vibration at take off. have added modifier but how long will it take to help, or do i add more than recommended

Depending on how long its been going on it may be too late for the modifier but it will take a little time for it to work in so give it a few miles.

Modifier?
My 2008 F150 also has a slight vibration from rear end at take off. I don't drive it much, it has 7300 miles on it. I do not have an extensive (very little) knowledge base on when things just don't seem right with my F150. What is this modifier you mentioned. My vibration at take off has only been there since the 4 inch lift was installed. I might have put 2500 miles on the truck after the lift. Thanks.
