I have a 2006 screw 5.4 and a 2007 screw 5.4 and a 5.4 engine out of a 2007 lincoln navigator. When looking for valve cover gaskets the Navigator engine and the 2007 screw have the same part number and same price but the 2006 screw shows a different part number and significantly higher price. They look the same and have the same number of grommets... can anyone explain the difference for me?

 

nope. looks like more or less grommets but, they are not the same.
