Actually, looking at it again, it may be just a USB to DB9 Serial cable, you can get one for $3,
Then just look at the back of the tuner and see what the power supply needs to be so you can get a AC/DC converter:
In order to power the Predator up at your desk, you will also need a 12 Volt (1 Amp minimum) power supply. The plug tip is 2.5mm x 5.5mm, female, and center is positive.
