I was told that you can't buy a used programmer that someone has used already and use it on a differnt truck. Is this True?

 

No. However, they must return their truck to stock or you will not be able to use it.

no like everyone said aslong as it is resset back to stock it can be used on any compatable vehichle for that programmer!! i sold my superchip tuner to a member on this forum and i believe he sold it again so just make sure the tuner is set back to stock and you should have no problem!!
