Used Oil
I have a lifetime supply of bar and chain oil.
I think there was another thread on here about this, I will see if I can find it for you.
I could not find it, but there were a few things on google about what happens to the oil when you give it to the recycling place, but no other uses.

I live in a densly populated are in the Boston metropolitan area. This state is a welfare magnet because of the weak liberal politics here. I change my oil quite often and bring it back to either pepboys or autozone. They take it without any problem.
One interesting obeservation is that in all the time I've been recycling my motor oil I've never ever seen one "new American" or "illegal looking fella" returning any used oil.
There could be several reasons for this, but I think I know the real reason. When in Mexico (or Boston) don't drink the water.
