Default under drive kit

So i think i'm gonna freshen my truck up. Its got 141000 on it an i figure its about time for new timing chain guides an chains, headers an am thinking about an under drive pulley kit. Has anyone ever ran the under drive kit before? Just wondering if its worth the money an pro's an cons.

I have an under drive pulley set up on my 2007 XL with a 4.6. You gain a little mental horsepower and I think a little more throttle response. I got mine at summit racing

Well I figured while everything was off that it wouldn't hurt to do it. Never thought about an electric fan but that is why i was curious if anyone had done it. Was just thinking in combo with my programmer an the headers an true duals im about to do it couldn't hurt. I'm gonna put 4.11's in it also. It pulls great I just worry about over heating my tranny so i want it geared better than stock.

not really sure what brand, maybe JBA or something like that. Probably just powder coated ones. Not too worried about the looks. I have a single in dual out super 10 now planning on also running true duals with two super 10's.
