Every now and then when I turn my wheel all the on my 2006 f150 it feels like he front end kinda jumps does anyone else have this problem

Jump or feel like it raises up a tad? I had a company F250 feel like that.

Do you drive you truck on the street in 4wd? If yes, it is damaging your driveline because there is no differential between the front and rear axle. This causes binding and is described as "wheel hop."
The only time 4wd is okay is when you are on very loose terrain where it doesn't matter that front and rear axles turn at the same speed.

What size tires do you have on ?? they may be hitting the UCA at full lock
