Tuner Question

Can the SF3 be uploaded with custom tunes? If so, is there any other difference besides the SF3 coming with preloaded tunes?

Yes it can, just have to find a place that does SCT tuning (I think SCT's website has a link to places). What other differences are you wanting to compare to?
